Conventional Dentures Compared With Implant-Supported Fixed Complete Dentures In The Chewing Process

To compare the chewing efficiency of an All-on-4 prosthesis with a complete denture on a patient with a Class I ridge, Elie Jasser used the color-mixing test. In the study, 10 patients had the All-on-4 and the other 10 patients had the complete dentures on a Class I ridge and chewed a coloring gum known as Hubba Bubba varying cycles. The results that Elie saw for the implant-supported fixed complete denture showed higher values than the conventional dentures. The All-on-4 showed the most efficiency in chewing between the early cycle of mastication on a well formed ridge in comparison to complete dentures. IJOMI 2020
